We offer refunds for damaged or faulty items, however this is subject to inspection of the items which are returned. Items are non-refundable otherwise and the sale will be final. As a new and up coming small business owner I can not refund or exchange items which are unsuitable. Detailed descriptions are given on every item listed. No refunds or exchanges will be given on sale items.

All orders are checked and packaged with care, once they leave us we are not responsible for any damages which may happen in transit or anything which may be misplaced by couriers.

Dispatch & Delivery

• Items which aren’t on PRE-ORDER will be aimed to be dispatched within 3-9 days from receiving it. During busy periods this may vary.
• UK Standard - £3.95 (3-5 working days)

Once your order is fulfilled on our end and you have received your tracking details, your order is now responsible of Evri. Any damaged or lost items are to be lodged via their website or phone.

If PRE-ORDERED items have been ordered with ready to ship items, they will both be sent together once we receive the PRE-ORDERED items. We do this because only one shipping fee has been paid.
